DIRECTOR OF THERAPY

Robyn Hawkins

Following her son Ben’s diagnosis with autism, Robyn has devoted her time towards educating herself about autism and effective treatment options.

For 3 ½ years she administered a full-time early intervention programme for Ben and still remains heavily involved in administering his ongoing educational support.

Robyn has a degree in Behaviour Management from Bond University and oversees the curriculum and operation of the ABA programs at little Souls.

 

DIRECTOR OF CHILDCARE

Kim Mitchell

Kim has Advanced Diploma in Children's Service. She has 17 years experience 15 years of those years in the Pre School Setting in NSW.

Kim also has participarted in the ABA therapy.

 

 

 

DIRECTOR OF INCLUSION SUPPORT

Aileen Mc Grenera

Alieen is our Inclusion Support Teacher and she participates in the ABA therapy. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching and has joined us after four years of teaching lower Primary in Ireland.

 

Aileen also has many years experience in a variety of ABA programs.

Maria Voukelatos

Maria participates in the ABA therapy. She has a certificate III in Children's Services. Maria has a particular interest in working with children with special needs.

Ainslie Rosbrook

 

Ainslie runs the Pre-School room. She has a Degree in Pychological Science and a Certificate III in Children's Services. 

Ainslie is also studying her Diploma of Children's services. Ainslie comes to us with experience in ABA therapy and has a particular interest in working with children with special needs.

GRAHAM FLINT

Graham has spent his whole career in the small business sector at levels ranging from cadet surveyor to 20 years as CEO of Jones Flint & Pike Planners, Surveyors and Engineers. Graham has been involved in the initiation and management of some significant developments in South East Queensland.

He is committed to  using his experience and his family company's resources to establish the Little Souls Centre and also to supporting his daughter Robyn Hawkins in the operation of the centre in the manner she believes will maximise the benefits to children with autism.

Graham and his wife Ann have shared in the remarkable development of their grandson Ben. They hope that other families of children with autism can enjoy the results of working with "Little Souls" in ensuring their children reach their full potential.

GRAHAM DYTOR 

Graham's business career commenced with Monier Building Materials as a manager leading to managing various businesses in NSW country areas, Canberra , New Guinea and Brisbane.
 
He joined the Boral building group and managed divisions in Australia including a new roof tile acquisition in the USA. Appointed as a Chief General Manager responsible for Australian divisions of Roof Tiles, Concrete Masonry, Windows, Precast Concrete, Granite and Marble. He was subsequently appointed Managing Director of Boral Europe responsible for 42 building material operations in UK, Netherlands, Germany and Poland.

Following six years in Europe Graham moved to the Gold Coast, established a Business Mentoring business and has been Chairman of a prominent sporting organization. He is now dedicated to improving the welfare of Autistic children.
